AyahClarity is an iPhone app that teaches the meaning of the surah you already say, one verse at a time: seven short lessons, the meaning of each word in its place, practice questions with explanations, and revision on a schedule. This release covers Al-Fātiḥah only.
It is a language-learning aid, not a work of tafsīr, and not a substitute for study with a qualified teacher. It has no accounts and no cloud sync: your progress stays on your own device.
